As a professional hairstylist I’m picky. I’ve had this curling iron over a year and use it daily on clients. My coworkers always ask to use it. It has temperature control, long barrel, heats up fast, excellent quality, the cord is not as long as I’d like but I still give it 5 stars. It’s sleek as well, creates curls and soft waves.

Best iron ever! It heats up immediately. It is long, so the curls are much easier to put all the hair in at once and the price is right! I bought both sizes.

Bought in 2021 and I always got compliments on it that so many of my friends have it! However after 5 years it won’t turn on. For the price it’s still worth it in my opinion just wish I got more life out of it

This is the second time I’ve purchased this item. The first one lasted me almost 4 years of daily use. Affordable and works amazing.

I’ve used this twice so far. Each time, the iron has been making clicking sounds, and the cord gets EXTREMELY wound up like the picture I’ve provided. It’s better if I hold the bottom of the iron and twist the end as I curl my hairs. Additionally, I would think this wouldn’t happens soon, it’s starting to already smell burnt. I have extremely long hair so I cranked the temp to 410° and I can’t get the smell of burnt out of my hair. Yes that’s very hot, but I wouldn’t think after the first couple uses that it would smell so bad. I had no product on my hair as well to burn off. My curls have seemed to fall out quickly but that could be just from the weight of my hair. Lastly, I can’t stop turning it off or changing the temperature because of button placement. Overall it’s not bad but these are the things I would have wanted to see in a review beforehand. I hope this helps.

I am so happy with this curling iron. The width gives perfect beach-wave type curls. It is easy to maneuver and hold, and the clamp is the perfect tightness. I love the temperature dial settings so I can see exactly the temperature I’m using. It looks way more high quality than you would expect for the price! My favorite feature is the extra length. Because it is longer than typical irons, it works for my mid/long length hair. I’ve recommended it to many of my friends!

UPDATE: I contacted customer service last week and they immediately responded. My response to their response was honest, with a bit good humored sarcasm thrown in… and customer service responded AGAIN and addressed each of the issues I brought up. They had no need to do that, but they did and that is why I will continue to buy from this company for as long as they’re around. **************************************************** Original review: I originally got this curling iron back in April(?),and the black coating started chipping on the barrel. I contacted the company and they immediately sent a replacement, which I got in May. It’s been a great curling iron, easy to use, etc, until last week, when the coating under the clamp started to bubble and then peel off into my hair. So I’m giving it 3 stars… I’d rate it lower, but I do appreciate the good customer service and it did last 9 months with constant almost daily use. I do plan on contacting their customer service again, as this seems to be a common issue, so will update and change my rating if anything comes of it.

Curling iron was great for as long as it lasted! Purchased in May of 2025 and died yesterday, after occasional use over an 8 month period. I have bought way cheaper irons that have lasted for many years. Purchased this one for the longer barrel, but now am left with a unit that will not turn on. Very disappointed with this purchase

(Long, fine hair; purchased in 2023) I never knew that a longer barrel was what I needed. It has improved my hair curling time tremendously. Heats quickly and evenly. No issues wthe clamp outside of user error. Mine does have a ticking sound at the 2nd highest heat setting, but I've had this for 2 years now without any issues.

My daughter loved this curling iron but sadly after 6 months it quit working. I emailed the company and within a week they have a new one being shipped to us. Excellent customer service and quick response
