CURT 45789 7-Inch Long Trailer Hitch Extension for 1-1/4-Inch Receiver, 350 lbs

I needed this extension to allow me to tow with my quad. I have a hitch however the rear bumper is in such a position as it prevents me from towing a trailer with a ball type receiver. This is because the call lock lever hits the bottom of the bumper closing the lever enough so the receiver can not go over the ball. This extension now brings the ball out to where I can hitch without problems. I know the description of the extension mentions not towing but the extension is robust enough to withstand anything the quad can tow. NOTE: this extension does not come with a pin. I used a 1/2” X 2 1/2” bolt with washers / luck washers and installation was easy
