I'm rating it a five-star review because I am very impressed with the quality and ease of use. I used to use a guillotine style paper cutter and that was always a challenge for doing small jobs, but using this Evteck paper cutter was especially helpful and useful and therefore my review and rating.

I used this paper cutter to make a scrapbook, cutting a large number of photos on photo paper and cardstock, and the blade is still sharp, it shows durability. The size is perfect for letter size paper. I highly appreciate the ruler on the surface. It made the process smooth, precise and easy, save me so much time. Overall, it’s been a reliable tool for crafting and scrapbooking projects.

This is my favorite paper cutter, and I have used so many... it is the easiest to line up your cut correctly and avoid wasting paper by making cuts that are not where you want them to be. I use it to trim cardstock and it works well.

This works perfectly for cutting small batches of paper. It cuts perfectly! I am able to store it easily!

Perfect crafting paper cutter. What I like about this is that it’s lightweight but still gets the job done.

It cuts decently and accurately, however, I did run into problems when cutting edges around half an inch because the plastic guide/anchor arm that lays on top of the image has ridges underneath which interfere with paper placement under the cutter. So long as I was cutting 1/4" lines or 1" lines...no problem. When it was around 1/2" it became annoying because if there was any paper curl, it was hard to position the sheet. I continue to workaround and use it and it's not bad aside from that quirk.

This item arrived broken so I can't use it.

非常に使いやすいです。しいて言えば、一度にカットできる枚数が、通常のコピー用紙だと７枚～８枚が限度だと思います。安価なのでこれくらいかっとできればいいのだと思いますが？あとはカッターの寿命かな？半年くらい使用できればいいかな？
