What is special about this Pillow? Is this pillow not too high for kids?

This Pillow and Pillowcase are made with 233T Cotton and the pillow is filled with 100% Down Alternative. All Kinder Fluff pillows have lesser than usual fill to make sure it wont be too high to use for kids.

How long will Kinder Fluff Pillows last?

The Pillow seems flat when I take it out of the plastic. Is this normal?
