Very impressed with the tv and also the service provided by the seller.Smart tv with built-in Alexa. Picture quality is spot on. Easy to set up and the whole package has a feeling of well builtness (is that a word?) about it. Very pleased.

Easy set up and works great. What a bargain

This is pretty rubbish, which is perhaps not a surprise given the price. In retrospect I should have just spent a bit more. As a TV, the remote is temperamental, clunky and slow when it does actually work. The sound is awful, even my 8 year old has commented on it. Then there is alexa, a key reason I chose this TV. Even though it is wired to my router, Alexa is intermittent. It doesn't work when I want it to and then turns on when I try to use my echo for non TV purposes. I am disappointed in amazon for using this poor example of technology for their alexa brand. The picture seems OK hence the one star but I was disappointed at apparently not being able to add apps such as YouTube or Now. The settings are not user friendly either. All in all I would not recommend this TV at all

The TV was perfect for the size of the room. lovely quality and sound.

All in all good tv for my bedroom. Setup took a while. But after all good.

Wouldn't buy again. Can't get NOW TV even through app store, ITV Hub outdated.

The second Toshiba from this company, none of the apps worked to enable this to be a smart tv which was the intended use. The screen is great but it will not switch off fully unless you unplug it, then you have internet connection issues. Our internet had not proved a problem on any device except these tv’s. Disappointed and a real inconvenience ordering and sending back twice. Don’t recommend buying this!!
