I've heard of the benefits of consuming chaga. I decided to try it. I placed my order and been taking this great tea for close to a month now. I can feel the benefits, and for me helps level my blood sugar levels. The taste is great too. I plan on keeping this as part of my daily routine!

Bought this because it comes from Siberia, is organic, and it's easy to prepare. I like it at night before going to sleep. I purchased a separate coffee/chaga blend, but I'm thinking I might try brewing one of these teabags with my coffee when I make a pot of pour over in the morning. The taste of this chaga tea is so subtle it won't interfere with the taste of the coffee. Just wish this was a few dollars less per package. I would drink more of it per day. I plan to try the other varieties offered by this company.

Great way to take antioxidants!

Heard about this from Cliff High. He uses it to assist his body in healing from cancer. I heard this from a few people now. Just do not over step or drink more than 1 cup to start. I over did it 1st time. It tastes wonderful and I drank 2 cups extremely strong, my body was too toxic, tummy doubled in size, put me in great discomfort for 24 hrs.
