Vey well designed and sturdy.

Pretty easy to install. Just four screws and four bolts to mount TV. They give you plenty of screw and bolt choices to cover just about any install. I needed an extra set of hands to hold it up during install but otherwise it was relatively easy. Holds tv securely and slides out easy enough. Ability to turn tv for multiple viewing options too. I'm very happy with my purchase.

My husband fitted this in the underbelly of our 5th wheel trailer and it works like a dream. Keeps the TV nice and steady folded away as we motor down the road and slides (glides) out and down for us to enjoy the TV on arrival

The application is for a RV storage bin for outdoor viewing of the TV. Be sure to measure the mounting bolts on the TV before you order. I have a 44" TV and the mounting was 200 x 400 mm. Needless to say, I had to order the extending bracket and they got me for an additional $30 dollars and prolonged the instillation out another week. Note: the extenders do not come with instructions. If you are planning to put this in a storage bin, be sure to take in account the lip that extended down the opening if the storage bin. If you don't, it will interfere the viewing of the T.V. screen. I had to build a spacer to make up the difference of the drop down of the lip (3"). Otherwise, the unit is sturdy and has great locking features that makes it a excellence choice for this type of application.
