Excellent ground ginger.***Pros***This comes in a large size, with a study plastic container that can easily be opened (screw top) and resealed. Tastes great. Overall excellent choice.***Cons***I wish this company offered more variety of sizes. But this was a good price and really high quality, so I bought it even though it is a lot of ginger powder.
