This is a great karaoke machine.I have some Wi-Fi issues so it's better if you download the songs from YouTube or whatever service you like. I would recommend this.

You would think after spending over $500 that you would at least be able to use it, no! I had to connect it to my phone over Bluetooth to do karaoke and have people use my phone via YouTube for the words. So, I pretty much paid over $500 for a speaker because the screen won’t respond to every touch, responds on occasion to the remote and even with a good connection to the internet, continues to load or just won’t work at all.

Everything is AMAZING!!! The quality pleasantly surprised me! The user guide is actually very thorough, which I can appreciate. So it was very simple to set up, just gotta charge it first. It even comes with batteries lol. Microphones feel great, overall very great karaoke machine.

This thing would not even connect to a high speed internet connection. Extremely disappointed. Expected far better quality interface on the tablet for the price tag. Extremely slow. Next to unusable. You're better off ordering an amp and mic separate and just finding a way to plug up your phone.

I have pretty decent internet but still find the attached tablet is super slow on the internet. Makes it hard to find songs and then playing them is even worse! Also, I got no instructions. What are all the buttons for? I gave it 2 stars because a basic karaoke machine like this shouldn't be so hard to figure out.

The product is easy to set up and has multiple connections for external speakers and screens. The microphones are solid and there are some great vocal effects. I was very happy with the monitor and the setup of the menus. Volume was great for the size and sound quality was reasonable.

I did have a lot of issues but Masingo made sure I was taken care of in the end. First bought it and when I got it there was a coupon available so Amazon told me I had to return it in order to get the $50 off. Returned it and bought it again, when it came in the battery power function didn’t work and Masingo told me to go through Amazon to request a new one, returned and purchased again. 3rd unit had the same issue as the 2nd, explained that to Masingo and they sent me one from their factory and it worked, thank you Masingo. Overall product is awesome and so is their service. Would have given 5 stars but it doesn’t do firmware updates which is definitely needed for an android device for bug fixes in the OS and for security vulnerabilities.

Although the sound quality was not the greatest it was ample for karaoke. Wireless mics seem to work pretty decent most of the time and I absolutely love the design and the fact that it has all the inputs and outputs that you would ever need. This also allows you to use external speakers so the sound quality was not as big of a deal. However the biggest problem with this unit is they do not put enough memory in the unit so it runs so slow it renders it useless. I was so upset because this unit is portable, has Bluetooth, and all the connections you could ever want even an HDMI out. Potentially this could’ve been the best karaoke machine on the market. You cannot load any more amps in the unit because there’s not enough room to store them and still run the app. Even if you don’t download apps and just use YouTube it takes forever to load a video. Our Internet connection is super fast and the processing of each app is so slow it is just unbelievable that they would build such a nice unit and fall short on memory by incorporating an inferior android tablet into the system. 🤨
