Slides and rotates
The group doesn't stay very well on the dumbbell as it slides and rotates due to the quality of the silicone or rubber that they use. Otherwise the grip does have a wider signs than some others. The grip itself does have a gap which is found on most of the that I've seen but overall it loses points because it's slides and rotates even with your palm grasping the weight firmly. Effectively this wait is useless on your unless you're using some dinky weights. If the manufacturer uses a higher quality of grip like the Amazon blue ones then this one would get a 5-star rating No Doubt.

Nothing much to say else than 2'' outer diameter and 1'' inner diameter. Easy to set in place... pleasant grip.

Don’t overly recommend
I just find it is too thick. The grip on it is too big so holding a dumbbell or bar feels too weird , can’t fit your whole hand over.
