I’ve used many brands of probiotics but I really like this one. I can tell a difference in how my belly feels throughout the day. I’m not as bloated and don’t get near as many stomach aches now. I used to feel like I had a rock in my stomach constantly. Since taking these that feeling had gone away. I’ve had no side effects and there is no smell to these like some probiotics have. Overall very impressed with how they work.
