The flavor of this oatmeal is awesome as well as the ingredients. The ingredients are organic and the oats are complimented with amaranth and quinoa for a nice blend of whole grains. The taste is sweet and not overly sweet. I like the single serve packets as they are convenient for portion control and also for traveling.
