I love animals and decorate my home with them. I know, it's strange but I've done it for a long time, even before faux taxidermy became a trend. The price of these critter-heads has certainly risen with their popularity, but I don't regret the purchase of this one for an instant. It's adorable. Lifelike without looking like a poor dead animal. I had planned to spray it glossy white, even had the paint on hand, but I've decided to keep it the way it is. Shipping was prompt and it was packed almost too well. Box inside box with foam and packing peanuts galore. (Open it over a tarp or sheet you can shake into the trash. It has TONS of packing material around it.) The antlers simply snap in and stay snapped in, no problem. It's hanging securely on a simple small nail. The deer head is large enough to make a statement, it won't be lost on your wall or above your mantle. There are many similar heads available for purchase, but this particular piece was fairly priced and very well made. I recommend it, highly.

Ordered this for my screened porch and this is so realistic and looks awesome on wall. It came perfectly wrapped without a scratch and material is top quality, true value for money and i certainly recommend this for any kind of decor ideas be it indoor or outdoor.

Needed for a log cabin themed room in our house. Found this one and went with it even though I was not about the price, too high. It looks realistic to a point cause let’s be real, it isn’t real lol very easy to install and seems good quality. I would be 100% satisfied VS 75% if the price was a tad bit lower. It is very nice though so if you don’t mind the price l, go for it!!

My deer head came a little bit ago---DELIGHTED! I was worried he'd arrive broken (he didn't). I was going to spray the head bone to match the woodwork in my new kitchen--but my husband likes him the way he is. I sent him Pinterest links showing that NObody leaves a faux deer head painted like this---but, he stood his ground. We've done a great job of compromising during this project--since I get to hang a deer head above the pantry, I guess I have to let my husband pick what color he is. Hubby said we have to name him, then rolled out a series of possibilities (Dave, Dudley, etc.) Since he's picking the color, I get to pick the name. We're naming him Yes. I can always paint him bone later. For now, Yes is in charge. Great product, extremely well-packaged. Couldn't be happier.
