Although I have not used them long enough to ascertain a difference, so far I found them to be easy to use and convenient. They dissolve quickly and it's not noticeable or taste.

When I take the 3 in 1 Probiotics I feel like I digest my food better in the evening. I notice though that I need to take 4 packets at once in order for it to be truly effective product. I think you should try and offer a higher amount of doses of each the different ingredients per packet in order to really have a strong customer continual return. While your instructions say to take one or two packets, I believe people mostly would be like me, and need more or larger doses and therefore, I think should be more each packet (larger doses) of the ingredients in order for it to be effective and cost effective as well.

I purchased the 3-in-1 for my spouse in hopes of regulating the bowels due to medications. He was having a difficult time with constipation and was having to take stool softeners daily, which was causing bigger issues keeping the intestinal flora in balance.These probiotics are amazing and are doing the trick! The packets are so convenient, and so much better than pills. Much more potent than the pills we used to take too! Things are really moving as normal again. We have this on auto-ship. Zebora Probiotics is definitely a game changer and has made things run much smoother for me. I take my probiotic right after I eat each meal. Doing this, makes me have this overwhelming calming feeling and relaxation throughout my body. Homeostasis comes to mind.
