EFX Sports, Kre-Alkalyn Hardcore, 120 Capsules

I'm 6'5", 210 lbs. I ordered this product by mistake. I thought I was ordering the regular stuff, which I've been taking for about 3 years (with intermittent breaks). However, I decided to try it. I took two capsules 15 minutes before my workout. Wow! Driving on my way to the gym, I was super pumped. I had an insatiable desire to pull my car over and run to the gym, instead of driving. I couldn't sit still in my seat. No kidding. I'm guessing it was the caffeine. This energy stayed with me throughout my 1.5 hour workout. This works really well. If you have any type of heart issues, I would recommend checking with your doctor first before taking it.

It's a great pre, I have used many, and I don't need the head tingle or the agro feeling.. It keeps me going, get a good sweat, and work's well with my intra! Solid pump...

Let me start by saying this.I work in the steel industry and I run all day,by the time i get home I'm beat down tired plus I'm 44 years old to boot.No gas left in the tank to throw around my weights UNTIL I bought some of this amazing stuff.One hour after taking it I'm just like the package says BEAST MODE.I was easily able to lift for 3 hours and still wanted more but had to wind down for bed.So if your dragging a$$ pop 2 of these and you'll be kicking a$$.No doubt this stuff works and works well.I will be recommending this to everyone I know who lifts.

Notice that they don’t include a picture of the nutrition label in the description. If they included it, you would discover that you need to take 3 capsules to get just 2 grams of creatine but you would also end up with 180 mg of caffeine. That’s more than a 16oz can of Red Bull. I definitely feel energy at the gym because my heart is racing on caffeine. Save yourself some money and buy something with a legitimate amount of creatine.

I’ve literally been taking this for at least 10yrs and have no complaints. The most I would take at a time was 2 capsules which I thought was fine once it was in my system. Typically I finish a bottle and give my body time to reset before starting a new one, probably not necessary but just what I like to do. Most recently I decided to take the suggested 3 capsule serving amount and since doing so I can honestly say for the first time since I started taking this product, I can feel the thermal effect almost immediately after taking. I’m literally hot all the time now! I walk into the gym and start sweating! Other than an Ensure Max protein shake I don’t take any other supps but Kre. Would definitely recommend but be sure to drink an adequate amount of water to prevent cramping!
