Four stars only for the packaging. It is in a metal tube with a plastic cap. I would really appreciate if this came with a key to turn the tube. Must buy separately. Aside from this, the cream is rather enjoyable and does a very good job moisturizing. I just could not stand the scent of the cleanser, so I decided to get the sensitive version of this moisturizer to avoid the terrible fragrance. It is very moisturizing and leaves a bit of a glossy sheen on the skin, great for dry skin and those who want to look moisturized. It helps my skin feel comfortable through the entire day and even at work in the hospital for 12 hour shifts. It is very difficult to keep skin hydrated and moisturized for that long in hospital air! It is a bit spendy, but quite a hearty amount and you really don’t need much of this at all. I would repurchase again without any kind of budget constraints, otherwise I would select the Vanicream Facial Moisturizer alternatively. Though thinner in texture, it has a very comparable finish.

They hype is REAL! I have very sensitive skin, and this doesn't irritate it at all. I use it every morning under makeup, and even on it's own. It is a beautiful moisturizer. The consistency is thick but goes on so smooth and lightweight. Highly recommend!
