Maidenform Sweet Nothings Firm Control Shapewear Strapless Camis

Accuracy of description: The description was accurate. It does have firm control which makes it hard to get on, but that’s what it’s supposed to do. I think it runs small because it’s meant to be firm control. I expected it to be tight. I would use this for layering but only as the lower layer, two of these would not work well together. This with a normal tank top would go well.Usefulness: This is useful under dresses where you don’t want bra straps showing, or you need a little help with your tummy. I like the clean lines it has under my dresses that are a little clingy. With a bra you see every spot with this it looks streamlined.Pros: Firm control, easy to clean, extra-long to keep it from rolling.Cons: Can be a little tight to wear all day. Might be better for a night out or just shopping.Recommend to a friend: I would recommend this to a friend, but only for the reasons above. Shopping or a night out. Not for everyday use.

I normally wear a M/L in tops. Ordered a large thinking that should be safe based on the size chart. It was so small that I couldn't even begin to get it on over my head. I doubt that the next size up would have even fit. Definitely order bigger than you think you need. Other than the size issue, the quality of the cami was really nice.

The straps broke on both of the tops I had. They were fine after I sewed them back to the top. The stitching on the straps was weak otherwise it was great.

Excellent product! Fits as it should. Long enough to go past hip bones or more if stretched. Typical rolling as expected with elastic material, but not too bad. Support at the top is wonderful, however it will give you a "uniboob" appearance, especially if you are a bit on the heavier side. However that is completely expected of all support products which don't have designated "cups". Beautiful material. Love the strapless option!

This will be fine for what I wanted - it is very hard to find a strapless cami. It seems a little small but I am sure will loosen some with wear.

The quality of this was very nice but the sizing is way off. The XL fit like a medium. So definitely go up a size or two when purchasing this item.

I love these! I like wearing them under everything to keep my post pregnancy tummy in check. I was surprised at how much compression these offer-- not too much, but a comfortable medium that I feel more confident wearing. I tried another brand of slimming tank-tops and was a little disappointed that their smalllest size (S) didn't compress/ slim as much as I liked.

I bough this together with Franato Women's Shapewear Cami ( bought 2, a medium and a large ) and Yummie by Heather Thomson Sylvie Seamlessly Shaped Everyday shapping camisole ( medium /large) ... According to the reviews I bought 2 size bigger than my usual size ( xx large) The sweet nothing by maidenform is Really Heavy, double layerd and thick to be worn under your cloth and doesn't give such a great firm control, when comparing it to the other two that I purchased the Franato gives a good control and is not thick or heavy and the heather Thomson as well gives good control and is lighter than the Franato, I regret buying this one .
