Product Support: A+ My first one arrived damaged. It was absolutely zero hassle getting a replacement. They sent me the newer model because the one I had ordered was discontinued.Ease of Assembly: A- Not difficult but I recommend using real tools (ratchet and sockets, a philips screwdriver and allen keys) instead of what they send. Be careful connecting the wiring; they only fit ONE WAY. Don’t force them. Instructions are clear although the pics are a little cluttered.Quality of materials: B+ The plastic is very thick and solid, metal is not warped or weak. The control panel feels very light. Not flimsy but care should be taken not to overtighten the mounting screws.Noise Level: A+ We have had many elliptical sand treadmills. The expensive ones. This thing barely makes a sound. I work out around 4am and my wife cannot hear the machine at all. Zero. There is a caveat to that: it has to be assembled CORRECTLY and SECURELY. Everything fits a certain way. Make sure to follow the instructions. I cannot believe how quiet this thing is.Use-ability: A+ Programs galore, more than a dozen and all different difficulties. The higher the number of bars you see, the stronger the resistance. Each stage is 1 minute long. The resistance changes automatically. Pulse rate is read by holding the stationary handles. Time, calories, distance and speed are displayed. Very smooth operation. You can adjust the foot pad locations so that helps longer and short legs.Durability: TBD - Have not had this long enough.Bottom Line: This is a solid A+. For the price you aren’t going to get more function or quality. I find it hard to believe you could.Every machine is different so make sure you’re following the directions and reach out to them if you have an issue. I received my replacement within a week of contacting support. So far; I love this thing. I am 6’1 225 pounds for those who are wondering how it works for someone their size.

I actually bought this elliptical trainer believing it to be an Imperial 74-Z Speeder Bike. To be fair, this was a mistake entirely on my part as the name and description clearly stated it was an elliptical, not a vehicle from the Battle of Endor. No more heavy drinking for me before shopping on the internet.I came home a few days later to a large box on my porch. I was very excited because I was still under the misapprehension that I had purchased a speeder bike. Assembling it took about two hours. The instructions were clear, the needed tools were a couple screwdrivers and a small wrench, and the parts were clearly labeled. It is a two-person job because there is a lot of lifting and connecting moving parts. One person has to immobilize one part while the other person moves the connecting part into place.After assembling it, only then did I realized that this was, in fact, an elliptical trainer and not a flying machine from the Clone Wars. Despite my almost crippling disappointment, I gave it a spin. The elliptical is well constructed and operates very smoothly. It has 20 preset programs, plus a manual mode. And you can set a workout goal in time, distance, or estimated calories burned.Besides my disappointment in not being able to speed to work above traffic, I only have two minor complaints about the device. First of all, the console feels not so much inexpensive as dirt cheap. It reminds me of the early LCD calculators. The buttons are on a membrane keyboard. However, given the price of the unit, it is something I can easily live with. My other issue is that the pre-assembled connectors between the footbars and the flyweight crank shaft slip a little, making a clanking noise that was making me crazy. I added a couple of rubber washers to the assembly to isolate the metal footbar connectors from the metal crank shaft and that seems to have fixed it.In the two months I have been using it, I’ve lost five pounds and two inches on my waistline. The muscles in my legs, core, and upper body have become tighter and larger, which has improved my posture. And my breathing has improved that I can now run for the train without becoming winded. On the other hand, I always need to shower after using the elliptical. I push the workout pretty hard and sweat like a pig.All in all, as an elliptical trainer, this is an excellent unit for its low price. I highly recommend it. Other than the keypad, the machine is better than anything I’ve seen for up to three times the price. However, as an Imperial 74-Z Speeder Bike, it is completely non-functional.

Preis-Leistung ist bei dem Gerät wirklich top. Für den Preis ist die Qualität wirklich sehr gut. Wir benutzen es jetzt schon seit einem Jahr und es funktioniert noch immer sehr gut und zeigt auch keinerlei Probleme an. Das einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, waren die Plastikklappen, da sie beim Sport Geräusche gemacht haben, aber dann haben wir sie einfach abgemacht, weil sie nicht notwendig sind

Just set it up. Takes a while to do but quite simple to do on my own. Haven't really used it yet but very impressed with the over all quality and how sturdy it is. Exception is the elcetonic pad and foot beds. They're fine just dont match the quality of the rest of it. Whisper quiet and sturdy. I'm 6'2" and 230lbs and its fine stride wise and stable. My son is fit but 6' and it's great for him as well. I did A LOT of research. For the money and the quality it certainly is everything promised. Just didnt need a lot of the gimmicky features on some of the more pricey units. Will see how it is after a few months of use. Have some paper towels or rags when you assemble it. Lots of grease on some parts. Easier if you have real tools.

Excelente producto, todo en orden, fácil de armar, cuenta con la herramienta para hacerlo, no tambalea pero si hay que ponerlo en algo fijo para que no se adelante del lugar original cuando te ejercitas, de ahí en fuera todo muy bien.

Was kann man von einem Crosstrainer für € 240.39 erwarten. Geliefert 21.06.2023Das Gerät wurde gut verpackt und pünktlich geliefert. Für mich war der Aufbau schwierig (bin kein Handwerker) aber irgendwann geschafft.Anfänglich lief das Gerät angenehm leise, aber nach einigen Malen der Nutzung ( 2 Personen, je 3 malpro Woche, ca. 50 Min, Körpergewicht 70 und 90 Kilo) kam es zu unregelmäßigem Knacken. Nachdemes schlimmer wurde, wollte ich das Teil am 18.07.2023 zurück schicken. Ich bekam auch einen Retourenschein, müsste aber das auseinander gebaute und ordnungsgemäß verpackte Teil zu einerGLS-Station bringen. Alternativ könnte ich die Retoure auf eigene Kosten abholen lassen.Da ich den Karton nicht mit meine Smart Cabrio transportieren konnte und mir auch der Abbau und die Verpackung als sehr schwierig vorkamen, entschied ich mich trotz der Geräusche, den Crosstrainer zu behalten. Mitte 11.2023 stellte er seinen Dienst dann komplett ein, die Pedale lassen sich nicht mehr bewegen, und steht seither rum.Der Service ist leider sehr schlecht bzw. nicht vorhandenMehrere Anfragen per Mail bleiben unbeantwortet, Anrufe werden nicht entgegengenommen.Für 5 Monate Nutzungsdauer ist der vermeintlich günstige Preis dann doch nicht o.k.Zitat: die Freude am günstigen Preis ist längst verflogen, wenn uns die schlecht Qualität noch ärgert.Für mich leider Empfehlung.
