The classic word processor is soo good. Even after using libre office I can immediately tell a difference right away. It’s easier to use, pleasant to look at and 100% worth the money.

Microsoft 365 Family is excellent value and cheaper than buying from Microsoft. You get all the Office apps, the new AI features, and plenty of cloud storage - up to 6TB across 6 people is brilliant. Easy to set up and perfect for managing documents, photos, and day-to-day tasks across multiple devices. Reliable, convenient, and definitely worth it for families or anyone with several devices.

Please don't buy this. I purchased during the Black Friday deals to install on a brand new MacBook Pro (in the UK) and it just isn't compatible - there is no way to get it to launch and seems to be no way of getting my money back as it is being shown as 'activated' as a subscription, and nobody to contact. I've also tried it on an older MacBook in case my new one's OS was the issue. Trying to manage my Microsoft subscription just punts me back to Amazon. I've ended up cancelling my subscription, losing the money and have had to repurchase via Microsoft. Incredibly frustrating as a user of Microsoft for decades.

Fair price for the Amazon managed subscription and less that going direct. Previous reviews indicate issues with activations and installation but from my experience there's only a couple of things of note. You can extend a preexisting Microsoft 365 Family subscription using this Amazon managed subscription. There is no traditional activation code required or provided. A quick and simple process: purchase the subscription. Access the activation link via email or Amazon account. Sign in to the Microsoft account you'd like the subscription assigned to and the subscription should be active. It's valid 12 months from activation date, not purchase date. Windows installs signed in with the relevant MS account have no problems. Android devices have taken a couple of days to pick up the subscription, specifically the Outlook app, which is rumoured to be down to slower backend service sync cycles for Amazon managed subscriptions. For Apple and iOS: good luck - if downloading check you architecture and OS versions prior to attempting. Download speed has everything to do with your network and connection, not specifically MS or Amazon. The software runs as well as you'd expect for your device, newer is generally better but not exclusively. A downside? I do wish MS would get over pushing copilot quite so hard. Love it or hate it, will be here to stay. Use it or not. Subscription does include AI credits for.thw account holder.

Good value method of purchasing Microsoft office for multiple people. Provides access to all the essential Microsoft Apps such as Word, Excel and Access for upto 6 people - as well as online storage in the way of One Drive.

Easy to setup and activate, just have to click the link via the email after purchase to use and install. - and remember to cancel auto renew as you will likely forget in 12 months, don't use the instant cancel option - as it just doesn't offer you a refund, but still cancels right away anyway? Bought mainly for the ad free outlook and extra storage, but the programmes are actually handy anyway.

No problems at all. Email was sent by Amazon with instructions to activate subscription. Easy!

Was happy at first with the good price and instant availability on the black Friday deal. (£40 saving) That was until I tried to download / copy the licence key after purchasing this product from Amazon to install it directly into my Microsoft account online. (This option was not available like it always has been before!) The only way to activate this product was directly through my Amazon account which redirected me to login into Microsoft account. Initially everything seemed to be ok, my subscription had been updated with another 12 months added to what I had left on my current subscription which was approximately 13 months left. (My account said that my subscription would NOW end on Dec 2027) I then tried to login into my Microsoft account to manage my subscriptions for Office 365 but it kept redirecting to Amazon , I tried this numerous occasions but still the same result. I could no longer manage my Office 365 subscriptions within my Microsoft account like I have from the day dot. As I was shown / told my subscription was due to expire in Dec 2027 I thought I would disable the auto renew option within my Amazon account for Office 365 Family as I've already purchased it and didn't want it to automatically renew 2 years later. This DID fix the issue for me to manage my Office 365 account within my Microsoft account but by doing this I then lost the extra 12 month subscription which I just paid Amazon for!!! :-( I'm currently speaking to Microsoft to try and resolve this issue at the moment but unfortunately it's been escalated further up the food chain as they can't resolve this issue for me at the moment. They did however confirm that their system had logged that my subscription had been updated to Dec 2027 recently but reverted to Dec 2026 shortly after. Hopefully Microsoft can resolve this for me and I haven't just lost the extra 12 month's subscription I just literally paid for today. 02/12/2025 - Update Microsoft are not willing to help with this issue any further and told me to speak to Amazon as they supplied the product without a licence key and the product purchased is a Amazon Managed product??? Not entirely sure why Microsoft won't help as this is a MICROSOFT product!!! Anyway i'm £75 out of pocket and I've lost the extra 12 months subscription to Office 365 Family which I paid for. Not happy with Amazon and equally Microsoft, safe to say I won't buy these kind of products from Amazon directly EVER again!!! Argos are currently selling this product for £74.99 and this is a digital download so you are provided with the licence key via email. (As you should) I would give this product ZERO stars and would definitely NOT recommend anyone to purchase this product directly from Amazon...
