First things first. This is a FUNKO item, so the quality is the same as any other Funko Pop figure. There isn't much to be said, especially if you already have other figures. As for the packing, shipping, delivery and all other ins & outs of purchasing by mail, your experience will depend on the seller in question, the carrier and all the people who actually handle your item. I could say my experience was perfect while yours could be horrible. Mine was awesome. With all that out of the way... If you're simply a Funko collector, this is KISS' Spaceman. As a KISS fan since 1975, I hate how the members of the band now identify as characters rather than by name. They've done this to help create an illusion that this is still the same band. It's not. This is the second 4" KISS Spaceman figure from Funko. Place the two side-by-side and it becomes clear that one is modeled after the band's original guitarist, Ace Frehley, while this one is current member, Tommy Thayer. The makeup & hair are dead giveaways, especially if you're familiar with the band. Putting my opinions of Ace, Tommy and the current state of KISS aside, the older figure was much nicer (and currently much more expensive). The detail was better and featured the appropriate Les Paul guitar where this newer figure has a more generic look & a guitar not regularly used by any of KISS' lead players. I'm not saying this figure is bad because it is not. It's as nice as any Funko Pop product. It is simply a more generic representation of what has become a character rather than an actual person. All in all, if you're a collector of Funko Pop figures or a collector of all things KISS, you'll be very happy purchasing this item. If, on the other hand, you're looking for Ace Frehley specifically, that's a different Funko figure. Just expect to pay about $100 more for it (as of this writing). I came into the Funko game late, so I have opted to be happy with this current Spaceman, but once I get the majority of the figures that I truly want, I'll be back for an authentic Ace Frehley. Definitely recommended. It's a five star item because it's a Funko Pop, not because of who it is. In this case it's labeled as KISS' Spaceman and that is who it is (like it or not).
