So I initially gave this a horrible review that was not posted because I must’ve phrased something that Amazon didn’t like. My first review really targeted the smell not being great before I had it on for more than an hour. I tried it a few more times and I feel like it’s the best beard cream I’ve ever used. I have a somewhat large beard and it keeps it soft all day and it doesnt really get matted nor do I have to “refresh” it or use beard balm. My wife said she actually likes the smell which was surprising to me. So the smell started growing on me. Works well on the “beardruff”

I purchased both the CEDAR FOREST and the SANTO PALO scents. First, let's talk about my favorite one, the PALO SANTO. I like almost everything about this product. I'm using a toothbrush to apply this to my mustache and goatee. Even though I'm careful to not getting any on my bare skin, I'm getting a greasy film on my lips that tastes like the product. It's a wonderful smell and makes my facial hair feel great but my coffee tastes like Palo Santo from the product migrating to the surrounding skin. If you're OK with that then BUY IT! I also purchased the CEDAR FOREST and absolutely hated the smell. For me the PALO SANTO is a much better scent.

At first it smells weird but give it a few minutes to dry and it smells amazing. Also you need way less than you think. I'm tired of oils because they're...oily. this is way lighter and I don't have to worry about transferring oil on my clothes.

I've tried a lot of things to get rid of the itching and the beardruff, I think I may have found the answer to my prayers! I've tried in vain for several months trying different beard washes and beard oils to stop the flakes in my scruff to no avail. I always stayed away from creams because i thought it would make the flaking worse, I was totally wrong on that one. Within the second or third time of using it (w/ a beard wash every other day) I noticed the flaking was just about gone! No longer would there be a snowy landscape on my chest from giving the facial forest a scratch or two! The smell isn't that bad, I've already gotten used to it. I get where people say it smells like a chemical (reminds of trombone slide oil, which brought back memories lol), but it's not a reason to stop using the product. It goes on easy, doesn't leave a greasy feeling and makes the beard look alot healthier. I had my wife give my beard a sniff and she said she could smell the scent, coconut or whatever i forget, but not the chemically smell and she was pleased. That smell doesn't seem to stay around long anyway. I'll be getting this cream until I decide to deforest my face (never!!!)

My husband says this is the best one he’s used so far and he’s used lots of different brands. He says it helps with control and his beard isn’t all crazy and going everywhere. It also smells better than the others to me. Its feast smelling not heavily manly like a cheap cologne.

I liked the product for it’s functionality, but I smelled like bio freeze all day. If you are looking for a subtle scent, keep looking! This will blow your socks off. If you like a strong mint smell, this is for you.

Esta crema mantiene mi barba humectara y peinada, además al ser fan del aroma de cedro y otras maderas, es un excelente producto. Recomiendo ampliamente además por su precio.

sadly I purchased this for my husband and he is not a huge fan... there is another brand he prefers on Amazon here due too the thickness and well all around smells alot better if this stuff were a little thinker though I know he wouldn't care too much about the smell... but we do joke that he just came in from gardening after he puts this on... it quite soily. I guess its good too know its natural lol

Lid arrived dented in several areas. Doesn't have an inner seal on product so all over lid, could be used for all I know? Does anyone who has bought this know if the product should have an inner seal ?
