Meine Frau und ich haben diese Pfanne geschenkt bekommen und es ist die beste Pfanne die wir jemals besessen haben, weshalb wir sie auch gerne selbst verschenken. Bisher waren alle Beschenkten hellauf begeistert.Zuvor hatten wir normale Standardpfannen mit Teflonbeschichtung. Jeder kennt das, irgendwann löst sich die Beschichtung ab, spätestens dann, wenn bei älteren Pfannen eingebrannte Rückstände entfernt werden müssen.Bei dieser Pfanne ist das anders. Die spezielle Beschichtung führt dazu, dass sich selbst Festgebranntes unter fließendem Wasser mit einer Kuststoffbürste ohne Spülmittel löst. Wirklich toll.Auch scheint die Beschichtung wiederstandsfähiger gegen Kratzer zu sein als alles was wir bisher kannten. Ich würde allerdings trotz der Angabe "schnittfest" nicht mit Messern in der Pfanne arbeiten. Egal wie gut die Beschichtung auch sein mag, es fördert die Langlebigkeit mit Sicherheit nicht.Sehr praktisch ist auch der mit einem Handgriff (mit einer Hand!) entfernbare Pfannengriff. Es muss nur ein Knopf betätigt werden und der Pfannengriff lässt sich aushacken. Damit passt die Pfanne problemlos in den Backofen oder auch in den Kühlschrank, ohne dass dort der Stiel im Weg ist. Trotz der einfachen Montage bzw. Demontage des Griffes erscheint mir das System äußerts robust und langlebig zu sein.Die Pfanne wird schnell heiß und hat eine sehr gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung, wobei ich das nicht gemessen habe - das ist nur mein subjektiver Eindruck.Ich kann sehr empfehlen sich zusätzlich den Deckel der Pfanne zu kaufen. Es handelt sich um einen hochqualitativen Glasdeckel mir Atmungsöffnung.Die Bewertung wird ergänzt, falls sich neue Erkenntnisse über das Produkt ergeben.Fragen beantworte ich gerne und jederzeit.

Update after 20 months of use:Pan is starting to lose its non-stick coating. Still works well for most things but frying an egg or pancake now means that it will stick and tear :(A lot of reviewers on here have said theirs have lasted for years so it maybe I've been unlucky. Woll do offer a re-coating service (which I guess means they do realise that their coatings do eventually come off) but it means you need to send the pan to Germany at your own cost, and due to the weight of the pan the postage is not cheap at all!I will add that the pan was used pretty much every day, so it worked hard (but not mistreated - only used wooden utensils)Original review below----------------Where have you been all my adult life?!Bought this outstanding pan a couple of months ago after one our big Tefal pans start to peel.This Woll pan is another level!We have several pans in our kitchen and not a single one of them has seen the light of day since we got this pan.It is so much better than anything we've ever had before.The thick base means that it heats up a bit slower than our previous (thinner based) pans but that is to be expected. Once it is up to temperature it holds it's heat brilliantly and, possibly more importantly, evenly.Detachable handle is a clever design. Solid and secure when attached but easy to remove and therefore fits in the dishwasher without any problems. If you don't have a dishwasher, fear not, the pan is a breeze to clean. Es muy temprano aún para opinar del todo, ya que esta inversión se demostrará dentro de unos años, pero comento lo que he visto por el momento:La sarten de 28cm es enorme, muy buena. Perfectos acabados, mango extraible sin problemas. La comida parece que "flota" en la sartén. Una tortilla por ejemplo, o creps, incluso muy muy finos, se despegan sin ningún esfuerzo. Un huevo, incluso sin aceite, se le puede dar la vuelta sin romperlo. La idea es que debe aguantar con esas propiedades al menos 3 o 4 años, por eso digo que es muy pronto aún, la tengo solo 1 mes.La altura "extra" es perfecta, evita salpicaduras de manera magistral, por ejemplo en frituras y sofrito (el típico tomate que salta por toda la cocina).La sartén tarda en calentarse, incluso en inducción, pero una vez alcanza la temperatura puedes (y debes) bajar el fuego ya que mantiene en calor perfectamente.La nota negativa: cuando los usuarios dicen que pesa, es que pesa. La sartén de 28 cm supera los 3 kg de peso, lo que hace complicado manejarla para sacar la comida una vez terminada, y también complica el tema de fregarla si tienes un fregadero normalito, ya que su peso complica el tema. A mi personalmente me parece algo anecdótico, me apaño aunque cueste un poco más, pero mi madre por ejemplo ya no tiene la fuerza necesaria para manejarla a una mano.Para terminar y aunque sea una sartén maravillosa si no quieres perder el antiaderente recuerda:· No cocines al máximo de potencia. La sartén aguanta altas temparaturas,muy altas, pero estarás forzándola y te durará menos el antiaderente. Podrás seguir usando la sartén, pero la capa antiaderente sufre si cocinas a potencia máxima siempre. Además si cocinas con aceite de oliva su tempartura máxima para cocinar es MUY INFERIOR a la que alcanza tu vitrocerámica a máxima potencia, con lo que estarás quemando el aceite y además de tener peor sabor el aceite quemado se convierte en alquitrán, que se quedará pegado a la sartén y te costará mucho despegarlo con el riesgo de terminar fastidiando el antiadherente. Tienes alguna sartén con "arañazos marrones", pues eso es.· Usar objetos de madera de calidad o de silicono, no uses metales ni cosas cortantes.· Cuando termines de cocinar NO friegues al momento la sartén. Déjala enfriar, te llevará como 30 minutos, pero debes entender que los cambios bruscos de temperatura no son buenos y estamos hablando que la sartén alcanza unos 180º y el agua del grifo está a 20º.· Las cosas no se quedan pegadas en esta sartén así que no tendrás que rascar nada, no uses estropajos para limpiarla, utiliza solo esponja.· Cuando la guardes no le pongas encima otras 35 sartenes en contacto directo, o se terminará pelando con el roce, guardala por ejemplo con un paño para evitar esto.Puede parecer mucho, pero son 3 tonterías que si las aplicas la sartén esta (y cualquiera) te durará muchísimo más.
