Great sun and heat blocker. Exactly what I wanted. Easy to install.

This window shade is everything I needed it to be! I bought it in black to help blackout my daughter’s room. It does a fantastic job, plus the side of the shade that faces outside is reflective so it also is helping regulate the room temperature. Now the room is nice and cool, even on very hot days. I can’t wait to see how warm it keeps it in the winter! It was easy to measure, cut, and install too.

Arrived nicely packaged. Opened to find clear instructions on how to measure and cut, as well as where to attach the double-sided adhesive. Installation was a breeze, and now my living room stays a lot cooler in the Florida heat! A must-have for anyone in warmer climates with half-moon windows!

I originally have white shade. Its not effective very much at blocking light. Extreme light made watching TV very difficult. I switch to black shade and blocks out 90% of sunlight. Only downside is that both sides are not black so shiny aluminum faces outward.

love the room-darkening effect. however, purchasers need explicit DIRECTIONS on how to install the product. It would be easy to install if step by step instructions were included. There were NO instructions included.

I have 2 windows and ordered 2 but realized I can cut 1 in half and it works for both. I used the tape. I did not need the little plastic cat holder, which some criticized this for having. Instead, I use that to hold unopened mail! LOL Yes, these truly black out and I think also reduce head/help insulate.

Our room used to be SO BRIGHT & HOT! But after getting this & putting it wow it made a HUUUGE difference. Worth every penny! & its pretty sturdy. Also the cat that comes with it so cute & funny!Very easy to install too!

Hard to put up, the tape doesn’t stick. It’s falling down so many times. It’s all lumpy. The back is aluminum foil looking and looks hideous on the front of my house. Comes with a random cat decal that holds it up.
