Tube was not full
Half tube was empty and there was no seal, but do its job with heated iron, Put some paste on cotton cloth and apply to the effected area and the tube will melt the dirt.

Worked like magic and the iron base looks so clean feels like a new one. Follow the instructions given with the item, you can also use the tubes head to scrape out the dirt if required.
