i set in front of the PC for hours , so i get back pain sometimes because of my posture , and i always forget to set the right way , the device is like a coach will tell you when you are setting the wrong way by vibrating. after some time you should be able to set the right way by yourself, so the good news is you dont have to wear it forever just fey hours for at least 3 weeks .
