This is a great light to light up a disco ball. It's almost club level lighting. I love the remote control so I can change colors and patterns of the light. The bracket that holds the light so you can adjust it up and down really sucks but it is an easy fix if you buy a screw with a butterfly bolt to hold it tightly. It is very lightweight and looks good too. Good value for the money.

Only thing i dont like about it is you cant keep it on certain in between colors . like you get the standard red, blue, green and white but it has a gradual option and the in between mixed colors are so pretty but you cant just choose those.

Currently using this to shine down on my hitting mat for my golf simulator. We have the light mounted on the ceiling around 11 feet off the floor and it is super bright at that distance. Only reason for the four star instead of five star review is me wishing the light would zoom in and out to change its circumference

I bought this light and have been very happy with it. I also bought a simple white light (a $13 dollar light) and this light is WAY better in comparison. Definitely worth the extra cost. The color changing is awesome, and the adjustable focus gives you more options of where you want to hang/mount the light in a room.With a mirror ball, you want to have the light shining on the ball to be the same size as the ball itself. I've been able to put the light in better spots since its adjustable

Got several of these for disco ball lights. Some of them didn’t work out of the box. The ones that did work did the job. Didn’t like that the remote changes all the lights at the same time.

Like all the features, and I have it and another one just like it out in my man cave, plan on get 2 more later on, then I can really party down

Got this along with a 12” disco ball for my daughters 10th birthday. We plugged it in and ran it through all the features on the remote, worked fine, then boxed it back up and waited for her birthday. A couple days before the party we set up the lights in our church gym and it turned back on and worked fine but, when we decided to move it closer to the disco ball and moved it to a different outlet it wouldn’t turn on. It only glitched a flicker of light about every 3 seconds. I moved to a different outlet, still the same, changed the batteries in the remote, didn’t help. There’s still time to return it and get a refund but, not enough time to get a replacement. Plus we received it through the post office and have no UPS Store to send out a return as Amazon requires. So I’d have to pay for the return shipping. No I’m out $32 bucks and worse have a disappointed daughter.I’m going to clamp one of my battery powered DeWalt work lights to a steal rafter on the ceiling. The battery should last long enough to get through the dance party but, I would not recommend this product. But hey, maybe you’ll get a good one if you try.

Bracket is too short if you intent to point the light straight out from a wall. I was able to mount it to bracket from a light we were replacing. Seems to work great. Wish the lens adjusted a bit smaller. From 20 feet beam circle is larger than mirror ball.
