Why are these not snap/ebt eligible?

Only food sold and shipped from/by amazon are EBT eligible. And the label must say nutrition facts, not supplement facts. And even after that, not everything qualifies.

Is this product gluten free?

It does not say gluten free, but I am severely allergic to gluten and these have ever caused an issue. I just noticed that they have mineral oil, which is a known carcinogen, so I'll not buy them again.
