I think these are great. Sure the suction doesn't last forever but my son is always accompanied when he's eating so if they do come loose then I just suck it back on. They compare just as good to the ones I bought from jojomamanbebe. Nice colours too. The smallest bowl has a lid-which is what the packaging states and I thought was pretty clear from the pictures. I haven't put them in the dishwasher as I don't want the heat distorting the suction cups. The ones I have from jojo your must remove the sucker to put them in the dishwasher so I assumed as the suckers are permanently fixed on these I would hand wash them. What I did wonder before I bought was I couldn't tell from the pictures if each bowl had a shaped inner rim which is what it looked like. So to clarify no they don't, they are like regular bowls and it's the pattern on the plastic..so perfect for using with a spoon.

These have been really good, useful bowls - use them every day and the lid is solid and is pretty good at stopping leaks (though it's not water-tight, I think). Downside is they only really stick to plastic surfaces and if you have other things on top of them in the dishwasher, it can make a dent in the suction bit, which means it can't stick anymore (but usually the dent goes away after a bit).

Impressed with these. We don't use them for children, but as water bowls for our cats who have a frustrating tendency to knock the bowls over. It's certainly slowed them down when it's stuck! The three sizes are a good range, durable, easy to clean, and are perfectly as described. Worth the money I think, I would recommend.

I love these bowls - the 3 sizes are perfect for different foods/courses and they look great. As mentioned in other reviews, the first time I put them through the dishwasher the base shape changed and the suction stopped working, but I put them through again (making sure that nothing was touching the suction cup) and the function returned. Another point to note with the suction is that the base of the bowl and the surface for it to be attached to must be completely clean for it to work, but if this is done the suction is fantastic - my 1 year old can't pull them from the highchair tray and she's a strong one! I recommend these bowls.

Absolutely brilliant and saves on so much mess. The amount of time my LG has thrown a bowl of food on the floor due to not wanting or just being a terror. These bowl are microwaveable. Can fit all three on the tray of the high chair for an assortment of foods and snack. Baby is unable to lift them off and the sizing of the bowls are perfect.

Nice idea, cute, but a little bit pointless. Only one (the smallest) comes with a lid, I didn't realize that when I ordered it, so disappointing. They cannot be used in a microwave and since most people tend to cook baby food in batches and freeze, then use a microwave to heat it up, these bowls don't even end up being used. No point in heating up in one bowl, then transferring it to this one... Yes, they stick to the surface, but never had problems with other non-suction bowls being knocked down, so this feature is not much of help, although at the time sounded like a fantastic idea. And the suction bit doesn't minimize mess much, it only helps to keep the bowl in one place, but baby is perfectly happy to just get his hands into it to get the food smeared onto his hands, then face and anywhere else. So it still can be messy.

I am a first time mum and researched a lot about weaning and looked at a lot of different bowls before purchasing these one. These bowls are fabulous and the small bowl size is perfect for early weaning. The suction is good - even I have trouble removing the bowl! It is really handy that the bowls have lids as I make fresh baby food at home and I can store extra in one of the other bowls for a snack later on.

This is my second purchase of these suction bowls from Munchkin as I find them really useful for feeding my son. It is better not to put them in the dishwasher at all, despite what it says on the label, as the rubber on the bottom does appear to get damaged after a few washes and they will no longer stick. That's why I've had to buy them again, but in spite of this I really like these bowls as they are difficult for him to remove, unlike some other brands I've tried. For anyone having trouble getting them to stick, it helps to pour a little bit of water onto the highchair tray first, and make sure the tray is clean. My son is 14 months old now, and yes, he can sometimes get the bowl off if he is really determined, but usually he is much more interested in the contents than in the bowl itself.

Perfect for putting small snacks in and knowing the whole bowl isn’t going to end up in the floor. Would recommend.

Exactly what we needed. My daughter is not a fan of eating food off her highchair tray so we needed these bowls. The suction power is great, although you do have to make sure of a few things: 1. The tray needs to be clear of food/crumbs where you plan to suction 2. The tray needs to be dry 3. The base of the bowl needs to be free of food/crumbs and needs to be dry 4. Make sure food is cool before suctioning. The heat can cause some condensation or just in general interfere with suction. 5. Push down harder and a little longer than you think you need to. Every once in a while, yes the bowl pops off. It could be the plastic of the highchair, it could also be that my daughter just hulks the darn thing right off. But, 95% of the time, it stays put just fine. It doesn't usually pop off until after she's been using it for a while, so it could also be just constant bumping/jarring from eating. They are also pretty easy to clean, although sometimes I feel like they need a double wash (I hand wash at the moment) to get rid of that greasy feeling. And, they seem to stain pretty easily, especially around the edge of the suction part. So, if that's something that bothers you, now you know. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. We use these everyday for all types of food. We've even used them in the microwave (never more than 30 seconds, her food doesn't need to be that hot). It says microwave safe on the bowl, which surprised me. I would definitely recommend these bowls.

The suction of the bowls weren't the best. My boy could lift it up from the tray quite easily. But for its price, I can't complain much.

So I was about to glue the bowl to the table when Mom screamed out from the toilet that she'd found these on some other site that shall not be mentioned. I found them on Amazon for a better price, so I was the hero, Johnny learned his place, and Mom gets to stay clean. Mostly.
