There was no pic on Amazon instructing the opening of product to insert battery nor any instructions enclosed with the product. They have since enclosed pic on Amazon and were very prompt in replying to my emails. They claimed the special battery was easily obtainable however in a Canadian city of over a million people there was only one location that sold them.....therefore I needed to order separately on Amazon. Including battery with price reflection would certainly be a much better saleable feature. Clock is now up and running fine and well received as a gift, after all was figured out.

Antique piece for study table. It was difficult to set battery. Please give the AA Battery details in description. Because I could not use Everyday AA battery.

For the price paid, I'd expect the metal to be a slightly better quality. While it has that vintage look and it is pretty, the metal feels inferior and definitely not worth Rs 1000

The clock arrived broken - see picture- which made me realise the quality is terrible and they refuse to refund. I had no choice but get a replacement (- that i dont want) and did not get.

Not worth the price fixed for the product as the table clock has failed to work properly, although it looks attractive.
