Perfect
We have an old hotel style mortise lock with key card and we needed to replace the deadbolt lock. This was our fourth lock we tried, all the others were too short or had the wrong type of pin. As you can see from the pictures, this comes with every style of pin you could want and is interchangeable. It is nice and long to fit in a thicker door and it works great!

I was hoping for a 1 to 1 replacement for an Old Schlage lock but...
I'm still giving it 5 stairs because it works exactly as it should and it works very smoothly and the price is incredible. I had an old Schlage mortise lock and replaced it with this. It almost fits perfectly but there are area where I had to drill a hole bigger or grind a little of the door away to make this fit. From the outside it looks great, from the inside I have some work to do but if I buy a thin piece of stainless and drill the holes right I will be able to cover up the holes on the inside of the door. Was it perfect for me...no. Is it the companies fault...no. If you have a new undrilled door, this is your lock.

High Quality Replacement Cylinder, Keys not so much.
Replaced a cylinder I had lost the key for and this one fits great. Only concern is the keys supplied are soft, so I would suggest having another key made out of a better quality blank.

Easy install, smooth operation in my older Falcon mortise door lock. No locksmith required.
Look up how to replace or install a key cylinder into a mortise lock. It is pretty simple and you don't need to pull off anything other than the trim panel on the door edge (typically). After that, getting to the key cylinder and removing the old and adding this in is a pretty simple task. I got 3 keys with this item and they are solid as is the lock. They work VERY smoothly and are a vast improvement over my old keys and lock. Make sure your old cylinder is the same size as shown for this item in the dimension picture. Check the depth and width carefully. New key cylinder lock looks clean in the old door hardware.

This product is exactly the same dimensions as Schlage. Very good product and way cheaper than Schlage. Highly recommend this item.

Works excellent 👌
I replaced 2 sargeant cylinders at my office with this and I was surprised how perfect it fits, I'm glad I took a chance and the price is amazing and it looks great, took 2 minutes to set up
