Dumb question but which side is the one with the ceramic? The clear or darker one?

The side you peel off is the side that also adheres to your surface. Hope that helps.

Is this easy to remove?

This is a traditional adhesive style film. It can be removed and repositioned during install. Removing it later would most likely result in the adhesive being left behind and a tedious clean up.

Does it have mirror like reflextion from outside?

I was too hard to manage, too thick. I messed it 3 times in one window, at the end I lost my money. you can do it , unless you are a professional, if not try another. Good luck,
