Yes, it should fit since the external dimensions are all the same.

Will this fit a gen 1?

I wouldn't know, but I would almost say yes. I've only tried on gen 3 and 4

Will it fit a glock 36?

I was intrigued by this question and thought I knew better so I had to try it out. The Glock G36 and the Glock 19/19x have almost identical slide widths to the naked eye but the G36 frame is a little thicker. I loosened the tension screw all the way and the G36 would not snack in the G19 Tulster holster. So, the answer to your question is no. Even if it fit I would still buy separate holsters.
