Bakery emulsion
I love love there emulsions . I have several of them and they never disappoint. I love how they don't bake out like extract do and they add the perfect flavors without being bitter or medicine tasting.

Taste is intense, but needs to be mixed with a sweetner.
I like the emulsifyed flavorings, a lot! The taste is strong, but not sweet. Only use one teaspoon, at first. I'm thinking of trying to mix various flavors with honey, and trying that on a morning bagel! My order was incomplete. I was missing two flavors. One cap broke, the seal too, and there was goop inside the box. I tried to buy replacement caps on Amazon, but couldn't find any. I had bought dropper/caps for 4 ounce bottles, but they do not fit these bottles! You'd think the sizes would be standardized, by now? But, nooooo!

Lots of great flavors
THis is a nice variety...I bake a lot of cookies and these emulsions add a nice spice to life...the flavors are spot on...and they taste much better than extracts...I see some people complain about the flavor or taste...you need to give these a good shake and they taste just fine Pretty much all you will find in my baking cupboard for flavorings are Lorann emulsions...I have no affiliation with thus brand ...I just really like the product

Not Emulsion
I tried the cookie batter and it was ok and it was thick like an emulsion should be...now the MAPLE first smell that hits you is alcohol which is not supposed to be in an emulsion and second it was straight liquid, nothing thick about it (just like extract in its consistency, smell (and taste is disgusting)) I haven't opened the rest of them yet but because of this I will try to send them back, sooo disappointed
