Good product

After exactly one year of use, the vacuum suddenly stopped working, and I discovered that the main filter’s plastic had melted, which is clearly a manufacturing or safety defect. I contacted Jashanmal (Hoover), and despite Amazon stating that Hoover products come with a 2-year warranty, I was told that this specific model (Power 6) has only a 1-year warranty. Even worse, they refused to help simply because the warranty had expired by just one day. This is completely unacceptable customer service and a product quality failure. I will never purchase Hoover products again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.

Received it this morning, opened it and used it immediately. It is very powerful and has good suction. But its very noisy - more than i expected, and its heavy. Its described as lightweight but in fact compared to my previous machines its heavy. Price is reasonable. Lets hope it lasts

Been buying Hoover Power 7 (upgraded from 6) for the last 5 yrs prolly - It's a gr8 Vacuum Cleaner but has 2 flows : 1. after less than a month if u use it daily the cable won't fully retract and it will keep on degrading and having more than a meter that wouldn't retract and 2. the hose will break or snap from the connector that connects to the filter. And both r facts since i used them and bought more than 6 until now in less than 5 years - yes it is used daily and yes all of them since the Vacuum color was Red than became blue and now bought the latest blue model (power 7 ofc) that has a different sound to it which seems an improvement. doubt they fixed the retraction and the weak hose connection though. comes with tons of accessories that i seldom use but the main floor one and sometimes the furniture one

اشتريت هوفر باور 7 2400 واط ما شاء الله منذ 2020 من امازون و حتى الآن تعمل كاني اشتريتها امس قوة شفط ممتازة فقط تحتاج إلى تنظيف اول بأول للفلاتر وإزالة اي شيء عالق داخل الخرطوم وفتحات المكنسة الداخلية

The vacuum cleaner itself it is very good one and sucking is very good, but the seller is useless in responding or even sending a simple invoice!

المكنسة جودتها عاليه ولكن عاملتي ركبتها غلط بعد تنظيفها وصعب فكها مرة اخرى هل من مساعدة لتركيبها التركيب الصحيح

After cleaning its filters as instructed my Hoover lost its suction power and can’t find a service provider in Egypt to talk too
