Quality mat
This mat has been great! I love that it hangs on the wall, cleans well, It doesn’t slip around on the floor. Comfortable and has a good thickness for doing crunches or exercises on your back.

Perfect width, better than a yoga mat
Great mat for working out. I also use when I just want to lay on the floor because the thickness of the mat is a perfect cushion. Much better than a yoga mat.

Just what I need
