MAJOR fit and sizing issues! Please read before buying!
First the positives:I love the look of this shoe. The color I bought (black/white/black silver) goes well with many different clothes and is very stylish. In addition, the side view of the "off road" tread looks very aggressive, like a pair of cleats or the top jaw of a predatory animal. They look so cool, in fact, that I'm going to keep them despite the negatives posted below. Now for the negatives:1) This is probably the narrowest shoe I've ever bought. This is actually not a negative for me, as I have narrow feet, but it could be surprising if you have normal to wide feet. If you've ever needed a wide-size shoe, look elsewhere. This shoe probably won't fit you.2) The sizing runs so small that I can't run in the shoe I bought. I take a Nike or New Balance size 13, a Reef Sandals 12 and a Vans 12 so I ordered 13s and I can only wear them with the thinnest socks I own. None of my white athletic socks are comfortable with these shoes in the size that I would normally wear. I just "completed" my first run in these shoes and had to stop after 1.5 miles or so because my big toes were being smashed against the front of the shoe. If I had purchased a size 14, this probably wouldn't be a problem, but sizing is pretty much standard everywhere else and I shouldn't have to buy such a large size to get a good fit! This is particularly problematic for those of us who shop online a lot because we can't try the shoes on before we buy them. Buyer beware! You may want to find a store and try these on to determine fit and size before you buy them. Trust me on this. Adidas, you need more consistent sizing if you want repeat online customers.All-in-all, this is a good shoe that looks great but is hampered by inaccurate sizing from the manufacturer. If sizing was accurate, this would be a five-star shoe. However, it's hard to give great or even good marks to a running shoe that is so inaccurately sized that I can't run in it with my normal size. I'll wear it with jeans and thin black socks and it'll look great, but it doesn't do the job I purchased it for. I suppose I could have returned them, but they're a little worn now and I can't get this color in a 14 on Amazon so I'll deal with it and either buy a different manufacturer's shoe or a huge size next time.

Heed the warning of all the other reviews...
...these shoes really do run a size small.I was hesitant to believe all of the reviews but I'm heading out on vacation in less than a week and it would really suck bigtime if I ignored the reviews and bought my true size. So I sucked it up and said: "What the hell," and decided to listen to the majority rule. If they were too big I have several pairs of back up shoes. I bought these with next day delivery. I got them today.I wear a 9.5 so I bought a 10.5 and I'm glad I did. The 10.5 fit me perfectly. What's up with the sizing!? If you're going to buy these shoes you WILL need to get them a size bigger. Truly. The other thing is I bought the Lt Onyx/Lead/Steel shoes and I didn't expect it to be SO silver. It's really, really silver but it doesn't show up in the online pic. This may be personal taste so take this with a grain of salt but for me it was too silver, however not enough to stop me from wearing them on vacation.Outside of that they're pretty sweet shoes.

Not worth the money, time, or anything!
I purchased these trail running shoes as I am in Iraq, and we have nothing but dirt, rocks, mud, etc to walk/run on. While the tread is great (there is your one star) the shoe offers no support. Your feet will stay cool, but be all over the place.I take my running seriously, as I am graded on how fast I run. This affects my promotion, and favor with my command. With that thought, I am always in the market for the best for my FLAT feet. I thought that these shoes would be the ones to keep me training, and not wearing out shoe after shoe, but I was let down. The best shoe on the market (many Soldiers over here use them) are Solomons. You can serch them out for yourself.Pro's: Keeps your feet cool, (I'm in Iraq, and they are not bad after running in the evenings). Great tough tread, very thick offering plenty of traction on the dirt and rocks.Con's: had to return them as they dont fit my normal size...had to reorder a whole size larger. Tight fitting still. The shoe puts your foot at an "outward" pointing angle (feels like half the outside of my foot is falling off). The shoe wants to slip off once I take off in a sprint (I run 2 miles in 12:00 minutes). The sole is MAYBE 1/8th of an inch thick, and is glued in, so even when I bought some great soles, they had to be placed over the existing sole.Overall, great try Mr. Adidas, but this shoe is not for the average runner, especially a runner whos promotion, career and even life could depend on them.SSG Sims, J.Via Iraq.

Great shoes. But not as good as the 1st gen Kanadias
I love the Kanadias by Adidas. I have owned the 1st gen and recently purchased the Kanadia 2.Pros:LightweightSnug fitGood supportExcellent traction on trials and rocksCons:Different arch than previous model (Once I find a shoe that fits my arch I expect future models to do the same)Not a good shoe for every day wear (this shoe has excellent traction on trails and rocks but can be extremely slippery, especially on some manmade floors including basketball and tennis courts)These seem to be a 1/2 size smaller than the original Kanadia.

Watch for the Size
I been using Amazon since 2000 and it never fails me exept this time. This shoes are good quality build but the sizing is wrong. I am size 11 so I order size 11. When it came (delivery was very fast) they were way too small for me more like size 10. So I returned back it to Amazon and was charge return shipping fee and Amazon is not willing to refund it. So I had to reorder them again but this time I selected size 12 and when it came it was perfect fit for me. Also this shoes design for narrow foot so be aware of that too. Otherwise this are good quality shoes. Make sure you select 1 size bigger than your actual size.
