Hook and Loop Strip Tape Set, 50mm x 5M Black Self Adhesive Tape with Scissors, Self Adhesive Tape Heavy Duty Reusable Double-Sided for Mounting, Hanging, Storing, or Securing Items

I bought these because I have a screen door that came with velcro tape, which is needed to hang the door, and tye velcro tape supplied was rubbish, thin, not very adhesive.These, however are nice and usefully wide.The adhesive is quite sticky, however the tape strips are thick and firm, and as I needed to wrap it around the door, it wouldn't stick because the force generated by the tape wanting to be flat, pulled it away where I tried to bend it around.However we having said that, I also took some and wrapped one rectangle the other way around my brolly ( umbrella) handle, and applied the corresponding spikey strip onto the back of my front door, and it worked perfectly.I therefore assume the diameter of the cylinder that you wrape the rectangular tape around needs to be more than 3mm which is the diameter of the screen door it wouldn't stick to, my brolly handle has a diameter of 6mm( thin handle) and worked perfectly, so now I alway have my brolly to hand when I leave if I need it, rather than taking up permanent residence in my already overfull handbag.I used the circular pieces to stick my little portable speakers to the wall, as I am always pulling them off the shelf accidentally ( they are wired speakers, pair that need plugging into my laptop.I then took 2 more and wrapped them around the speaker cable, and the corresponding spikey side onto the shelf, worked perfectly to tidy the cables that otherwise, kinky as they are, would look scruffy dangling down the wall.The pack has quite a few rectangular pairs ( one soft, the other spikey) and a few of the round pairs.I thought there would be too many, I honestly chose this set as reasonably priced, said the adhesive was strong, and would be delivered next day, not because of the number in the pack, I probably would have bought a smaller pack if available, but now glad I have this many as am already thinking of at least 4 other things that need sticking up, down, or to a wall.Really useful, does what it says, nice thick velcro, not the cheap thin stuff on a roll( which I have bought in the past and found it sticks to itself ,( soft to spikey) far stronger that it sticks to a wall, or cupboard ( tried using the cheap stuff on s roll to stick a good down cupboard door whose hinge was warn an kept falling open, to stay closed, even after 48 hours cure on a clean, degreased surface, on opening the cupboard door the velcro pulled off, tried again, left 3 days, halfway through the night on second day the door banged open loudly, again the adhesive failed) so will be now trying again with this new rectangular pads, they look far more likely to work.Hope this helps give you as idea of what these strips are capable of.I am, so far, very happy with these.

This product sticks to anything excellent job

Works ok but not as strong as a previous Velcro I’ve used In the past which I can’t get hold of anymore

Robust, easy to use, does the job. I found some planks, cut/sanded the edges, cleaned them, degreased them, dried them and made my own pedal boards for my front room. I just save myself a fortune. Why buy an expensive pedalboard for home when you can make your own?

Bought this to stick my headboard in my caravan back after I had it reupholstered stuck amazingly and holds it fast the size was perfect for what I needed and more than enough on the roll.

The Velcro sticks to itself really well but so we’ll that when you try to separate the two it come away from the material you stick it to so overal doesn’t really work
