Purchased C-Map north America charts and inserted into The Simrad Cruise and nothing shows up. Did not work. So far this chartplotter is useless to me ...PROBLEM RESOLVED. C-MAP & SIMRAD were a great help

Great unit for the price.

It’s ok product, in Canada doesn’t show lakes and rivers in any detail that’s remotely useful, also the depth finder is slow meaning that it doesn’t work at higher speed just stops working at any speed required to put the boat on plane, like anything above 40km/h only shows depth when going slow, my friend has a cheaper garmin unit and his still shows depth at around 50-60km/h not sure if it’s the transducer mounting position ? Like the angle? (Mine is mounted parallel to the boat hall bottom as per instructors..

This simple unit is functional enough for a small coastal / bay boat. I was able to import my coordinates from a Garmin unit via a micro SD card. The depth finder display is also pretty colorful.
