Great saw with a learning curve. Don't get in a hurry until you figure out how to use it. This cuts larger diameter wood like a champ and the curved handle is comfortable and requires less effort than straight handle designs. You can really tell the difference between the curved handle and straight designs. The scabbard type sheath works well and holds saw securely. Rides well on the outside of my backpack and has slots in the sheath to attach to molle webbing or your leg. Also has belt loop and quick disconnect buckle. I use this for cold weather camping firewood cutting and my Pocket Boy 170 for warmer weather when I don't need as much or as big of pieces of wood. Silky makes the best saws on the market. You have to keep in mind it only cuts on the pull stroke and if you push forward and down on it to hard you will snap the blade. Go slow and practice before you start going crazy with it and it will last you for years.

Absolut wertiges Werkzeug von hervorragender Qualität. Die Schnittleistung ist beeindruckend: Wenn die Kettensäge einmal nicht zur Hand ist, lassen sich auch kleine Bäume problemlos fällen. Gleichzeitig ermöglicht die Säge sehr präzise und saubere Schnitte, etwa im Obstbau. Bisher konnte ich keinerlei Schwächen oder Probleme feststellen. Lediglich in sehr engen Astgabeln kann die gebogene und relativ lange Klinge an ihre Grenzen stoßen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der durchdachte Kunststoffköcher. Eine Daumenauflage erlaubt die einfache einhändige Entnahme der Säge. Zusätzlich sorgt ein Schnellverschluss dafür, dass der Köcher bei Bedarf rasch vom Gürtel abgenommen werden kann, ohne diesen öffnen zu müssen. Das ist für Situationen mit erhöhter Bewegungsfreiheit äußerst praktisch.
