Great Inexpensive Pump
I got this pump for our sump-pump pit, and it works great. I used a regular garden hose as the output and it drains wonderfully over a 50ft hose length. Runs quiet, doesn't rattle and shake, reliable and inexpensive. This wouldn't be the pump I would use to drain a huge vessel of water - but for a sump pump application or as a pump to have as a standby, it's just great.

Easy to use
Bought this pump to empty my hot tub. It works quite well. As it's only a garden hose, it is a slow process but I knew that going in. I have had no issues at all with this unit and would recommend to anyone using it for small draining purposes.

Great pump for hot tub draining
I bought this pump to drain my hot tub to clean and refill. It did a great job - pumped very quickly and quietly and got the job done. It can pump the water down very low as well, so there is very little left in the bottom to clean up at the end. Very happy with this purchase.
