Cheap cloth quality!! Extremely disappointed.
The idea for the product is great but the quality of the cloth for supporting the items is poor and cheap. We ordered two of these boxes and in one of them, two pieces of cloth was completely torn and it can’t even be used, we tried to return the damaged one but from the past five days, the return is just being processed and nobody is coming to take the damaged product. I emphasise on the point that the cloth quality is very cheap and I don’t think it can support heavy things.

4 compartments, foldable rack. The pipes we use for assembling the rack are good, sturdy. However I observed that the black paint given to those pipes was coming off at times while assembling. The connectives are of plastic material, but seems good. Easy to assemble using the provided manual and our brain. The cloth used for covering the rack and for compartments is ok ok. Cloth quality isn't that good, it may tear off while putting on to rack if not done carefully. However once the rack is ready, it doesn't cause a problem. Good for keeping clothes, shoes, etc....esp light weight things. I won't recommend it for keeping heavy books, laptop, etc....heavy things in short.
