Lovely quality jug - not quite the beautiful bright green as in the image, that's why 4 instead of 5 stars. It's possible colour varies slightly due to them being recycled I don't know! Thank you.

Lovely jug BUT I wanted a specific size so checked the product dimensions before buying. 22.5cm, it said — which was perfect — by 13.5cm. Except when it arrived, it turned out to be 18.5 by 10cm. Very disappointed so I returned. If you’re after a small jug though, this may well be one for you!

I bought it for my daughter, also bought the glasses she loves it. I recommend it. The size and weight not very light and not very tall just right.

This item wasn’t really what we wanted. The colour was solid rather than gradated to clear as shown in the picture. Moreover, it didn’t pour cleanly.I went through the refund process, and was disappointed that, unlike Amazon, this supplier deducted return delivery costs from my refund.The item was collected next day by Royal Mail, but after 3 days, this was not reflected in the “Return Status”.I contacted the amazing people at Amazon Customer Services, who refunded the full purchase price to my Amazon Balance (with no deduction for return postage) within 2 hours.Thanks Amazon, no thanks to the supplier.I am usually very vigilant at buying only from sources supplied direct by Amazon and offering free returns.On this occasion, I was grateful to Amazon for plugging the gap between good and mediocre Customer service.
