Q: Does this only work when attempting to redye hair or will it work to simply return hair to natural color?

Didn’t get great results, but I was lifting red off of red.

Agent #! contains: water, sodium oxymethylene sulfoxylate, PEG-40, hydrogenated castor oil, hydroxyethylcellulose, polysorbate 80, polyquatemium-10, tetrasodium EDTA, fragrance. Agent #2 contains: water, citric acid, triethanolamine, cetearyl alcohol, lanolin alcohol, sodium lauryl sulfate, etidronic acid, methyl-paraben, fragrance. It's quite an alphabet soup!

First you have to shampoo your hair. Next, towel dry your hair, leave approximately 20 percent of moisture in your hair. Take an equal amount of each of the product and mix them. Apply to your hair. Put your hair in a heat cap for 45-50 minutes. After that, remove the heat cap and leave in for 5 more minutes. Finally, shampoo and dry your hair.

Q: How many times can i use this on the same day?

It may be used two to three times. But check your hair condition.
