High-Quality Cold & Hot Water Valve Set — Perfect Fit for My Samsung Washer
This cold and hot water valve set was exactly what I needed for my Samsung washer! The valves feel solid and well-made, with sturdy metal construction that gives you confidence it’ll last. Installation was straightforward — the threads matched perfectly and everything connected securely with no leaks. The valves operate smoothly and turn easily, which makes hooking up and shutting off the water quick and hassle-free. Since installing them, I’ve had no drips or issues at all, and they’ve made servicing my washer so much easier. Great quality for the price, and a great replacement part that performs exactly as expected. If you need a reliable cold and hot water valve set for your washer, this is a fantastic choice!

It works
It was fairly easy to replace, to be honest I thought it was gonna be hard, but it wasn't. After I watch a video on YouTube just type in "how to replace DC62-30312...on your particular washer model". The whole process took me at least 45 minutes, but that's because I had a dryer on top and needed help taking it down to access the top panel of washer. Other than that I highly recommend the product, washer it's working as it never had the issue my wife is happy I'm happy.

My washer was out of order
My washer was not getting the proper water amount feed to it and the supply was side was fine. Found that the water valves were not operating properly. Found these on here and ordered them and put them in my washer and now the washer works like it is new. Good product had it for about a month and haven’t had any problems with them.

Works with Samsung Clothes Washer Model WF45R6100AP
My clothes washer stopped filling with water. I was a bit hesitant to purchase these inlet valves but they worked out perfectly with my Samsung Washer, Model WF45R6100AP. Before purchasing, I checked to make sure the hoses connected to the washer were not clogged, the hoses had adequate pressure exiting the end of the hoses, and the inlet valve filters were not clogged. After that, I used a multimeter to check for continuity and found readings of 0.96 kOhms (hot inlet) and 0.988 kOhms/0.987 kOhms (cold inlets), respectively. After installing the replacement inlet valves, the readings were 0.979 kOhms (hot inlet) and 1.086 kOhms/1.169 kOhms (cold inlets). Not a drastic difference but apparently just enough for things to work. I'm not an electrician and didn't have any issues taking the cover off the top of the washer to access the inlets and replace them. Anyone can do it with the right tools. In the end, my washer is working and for the price, I can't complain. Saved me a lot of money. Will need to see how long these last as I just installed them but am hoping to get more years out of my washer!

Wrong thread pitch, but worked with overtightening
I bought these in an attempt to solve a problem with my LG washer, which was continuously adding water during the spin cycle and leaving the contents of the washer sopping wet when the cycle was done. Online research led me to suspect the water level sensor or the cold water inlet valve. The prices for OEM replacements for these parts are horrifying, so I decided to try my luck with generic replacement parts on Amazon. The pressure water level sensor was easy to install but did not fix my problem. I did that first, because the inlet valve replacement seemed more involved, and because several reviewers complain that the thread pitch of this aftermarket set is not the same as the OEM valves. I discovered they are right. The pitch is too narrow, or whatever the term is to express that the threads are too close together. I installed them anyway as tight as I could to test the washer, and they leaked. I tried to tighten them more, and they still leaked. In desperation, I put the original valves back on, hoping the problem would be magically solved, but no. I got one last wild hair to try these replacement valves again. This time, I got out every wrench I had, and I tightened the cold water outlet beyond all reason. I mean, NUCLEAR tight, until no amount of torque would turn these things any more. I was sure some part of the valve or the assembly it goes into would snap or break, but miraculously, it didn't. I turned the washer back on and crossed my fingers, and voilà--no leaks, and no extra water added during the spin cycle! However, I'm fairly confident that my extreme over-tightening probably means that I did damage the plastic pipe the valve threads onto. So if this valve fails, I probably used up all the washer's nine lives, and it's adiós LG washer. That's okay, because my wife was all ready to junk the one I fixed anyway.

It works. Requires adapter in US Samsung.
Problem of our 7 years old Samsung washer (Wf42h5200ap) 1. Water leaks in tub when not in use 2. Softener doesn’t dispense We had someone came to the house to diagnose the problem. Paid $125. Needs another $500 for parts and labor to fix it. We decided to give it a try. Changed the cold water inlet valve solved problem #1. Hubby watched U tube videos. It’s doable for a guy with limited mechanical skill. Did require a run to hardware store getting a 3/4” adapter to connect from pipe thread to hose thread. ( if you are in US) The Inlet valve came with pipe thread that we kind of knew of when we ordered it. Thanks to other review contributors. It’s been a week. No more water leaks. We still have to figure out the softener part. Still doesn’t dispense. It’s not a big deal, I can use fabric softener sheet. Hope the pics help cos I could hardly tell the difference between pipe thread and hose thread. It may be intuitive to a guy.

Incorrect thread type!!!
Leaving a one star because thread pitch is different from the oem. This is a well known issue according to reviews but still not corrected. Would be nice if they were up front and honest about it and included adapter fittings or at least specified what threads specs are on their fitting. The water hose fitting will screw on and feels tight but could cause a leak if not corrected. Some reviews say it’s 3/4 pipe thread but not sure. Will try to find adapter

These are identical to the oem valves. Neither of my valves seemed to be leaking but was getting OE code even after replacing pressure switch on my samsung front loader. Replaced both valves in less than 10 minutes. Problem solved. Several reviews say that the hose thread on the valve does not fit canadian garden hose thread and an adaptor is needed. Maybe they have changed something as that was not the case. Fit perfect as is and not a leak ( or error code) in sight
