My ? is this. Does this really taste like coffee? I've bought so many blends and supposed REAL Beans,my head swims. I'm tired of French Roast. I've tried other Roast. What do you think is the best. It's a stupid and redundant ? But important..

My first impression of this coffee was that it tastes exactly like coffee ! That may be a funny statement, but it is true so many coffees have additional flavors or their own character. This really is just that good plain coffee taste with no lingering flavors. If you could imagine stopping into a diner or something and being pleasantly surprised with how good the coffee was, it would taste like that.

How do you know this is 100% brazilian coffee? the packaging does not seem to comply with current fda regulations concerning country of origin?

How old is the typical bag sold here on Amazon? Will the coffee have been roasted a few days or weeks ago before getting to the Amazon warehouse?

I ordered Fulfilled by Amazon, shipped 2/22, the roast date on the bag is 7/26.

Are the beans tested for Mycotoxins?
