This check valve was a replacement for an aged one with the same features. Hope it lasts as long as the original - it should

The threaded connection leaks
The valve leaks on the top plug connection. It is impossible to unscrew the plug when the valve is installed because a lot of force is needed to unscrew it. Now we have to hire a plumber to replace it.. It is not the cost of the replacement valve cost but the replacement plumber charge.

Leaking water
After installing the check valve and pressuring up the system the cap of the check valve is leaking. The package showed up and the part was out of the factory packaging.

Mine leaked out the top, despite being tightened.
