Owyn protein shakes are excellent and the best on the market. They offer high protein (32 grams), pure plant protein, great taste, and the healthiest brand. You have to be careful with protein shakes and protein bars. Many will have a lot of sugar, additives, and non-healthy ingredients. "Protein" bars like KIND, One, and others are not better than eating a candy bar.I drink one of these every morning before I go to the gym. I hate breakfast and eating as soon as I get up, so these refrigerated bottled shakes are perfect. I also like the chocolate for an evening snack as I wander the kitchen for something else. My husband likes the iced coffee one.I highly recommend this brand and the 32-gram shakes; we need all the protein we can get at our age, and this is a pure source.

While it claims 32g of protein, the nutrition label shows only 38% of your daily value — which means your body effectively absorbs just 19g (38% of 50g DV). Compare that to other shakes (vegan or not), where the %DV is typically double the listed grams, indicating much higher usability. Bottom line: you’re not getting what you paid for. Skip this one.

I've never bought into plant based protein before and have always used whey & oregg proteins, {But No More},, this pea protein has just what it says it has; *only what you need!*.

Very good chocolate and vanilla flavors. Those are the only 2 I have tried thus far. Filling and not too sweet. Love it and the 35 gm of protein!
