Product was discontinued long ago. Can still be used though!
As most reviews have said, the scent doesn't last. That is true, but what people don't realize and what the seller didn't say is that this product was discontinued years ago. These are just leftovers that have been sitting in a warehouse for who knows how long. This is okay with me though as I'm just glad I can still buy them, even though they are a little pricey.!!!TIP!!!If you really like the smell of Hoppe's then most likely you have some sitting around the house somewhere. Just put some on these and they will soak it right up and smell just like Hoppe's again!

Barely any scent. What smell it has isn't Hoppe's gun oil.
I took it out of it's plastic cover and left it in my car for a day and noticed no scent. What it does have doesn't smell like Hoppe's gun oil. A dud.

For those that love that smell.....GET THESE!!
These smell just like Hoppes 9, the manufacturer stamp on the back, says Hoppes 9, so I'm pretty sure Hoppes 9 actually makes these, but regardless they smell spot on like it. I put a few drops of my Hoppes 9 on them, because I just wanted to, it wasn't necessary. The smell of these takes me back to a younger, simpler time, hunting with my dad. I love them. I love that smell!

No smell?
Very disappointing. No smell to the product. If I rub my fingers on it and smell them I get a faint whiff of the Hoppes cleaner - definitely not a typical air freshener. It was overpriced to begin with but a complete fail with no fragrance. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ITEM.
