This feeder is not too big, not too small. I get a lot of bird action. I even have Robin’s stopping by on it for the mealworm suet. Easy to clean, with a screen bottom for draining. Very well made. I’m going to buy a second one. I only had it hanging a few minutes, before my first visitor! I highly recommend.

We put this well made bird feeder in the yard and it immediately attracted numerous birds. I like the green color as it blends well with the yard. Well made unit and fairly priced.

I purchased this item as the other bird feeders were leaving the seeds all over the ground and I would get rodents - this feeder keeps the seeds in the feeder not on the ground. The birds seem to love it - they keep coming and eating from the feeder. No problems with it hanging on a shepherd's hook - does not fly all round when one or two lands on the feeder - it is sturdy and keeps the ground clean.

Works great but cheap pine wood, good size. One of the 3 feeders had a supporting slate that is underneath actually bow so much that a section cracked off. Also one feeder had a support wire that had only 2 staples instead of the 3 they are using and it hung down further then the other 3. Just added another stable to correct issue. The birds love the things as I attached them under my other feeders I have on a cloths line so it's always getting filled by dropped seeds from above. Even the ground feeders like the White-throated sparrow are going to them.

The wild birds love this platform feeder. I love Cardinals, and they seem to enjoy this feeder over others. Cardinals are too big for other types. This feeder is not only practical, but beautiful cedar and well made. It resists moisture, too. :)

I have multiple feeders and purchased this one when an old one couldn't be used any longer. It hangs in front of the living room window and was wonderful to watch while I was home recovering from a surgery. At certain times each day certain birds would congregate around the feeder and it was like watching a daily bird soap opera. This is the preferred feeder of all of them so far, and it's lovely to see all the birds in our neighborhood.

Good choice. Ready to hang and sturdy. Large enough for the bigger birds. Love it.

I love this feeder. As soon as I got it, I put it out for the birds. They found it almost right away. I have a wide variety of birds that is feeding, especially doves. I sit and enjoy watching them. Came on time and I plan to purchase another one for my backyard. Recommend this feeder!

First time I put it out it took about 6 weeks for the cardinals to understand what it was. Now they happily come several times a day. Type of bird seed does makes a difference in which types of birds you attract. Cardinals won't touch the Blue Jay food.

This is a decent product and made fairly well hangs just fine. The problem is the bird seed goes through the screen because the screening is far too coarse, it should be a finer screening on the bottom.
