Mad Scientist Goggles

These were perfect for my mad scientist costume. They are pretty comfy to wear and easily adjustable. The stretchy strap didn't get stuck in my hair and once I got it set to a good length, it wasn't sliding down either. I went with the dark green version ad it was fun to see the green tint when wearing them. Perfect accessory! 5 Stars

These goggles make me look like a mad scientist. As intended. On a side note, I was mad once. They put me in a rubber room with rats...

These are fun goggles! They're really cool-looking, and I've gotten a lot of compliments from random classmates - even those who have no idea what steampunk is. The goggles are brightly colored, look nice and are a decent price. The straps are adjustable, although a little difficult to manage. However, they aren't very comfortable; they fit nicely, but the plastic frame digs into my head after a while. Also, a small hair was trapped between the lenses - and it doesn't come out, because it's a double-lense. (The hair is not mine, by the way.) The picture makes it look more illuminescent and authentic than it does, because the color is not as bright (but still bright nonetheless) and the frames have no tinges. It's just black. Also, it's hard to see through the lenses. You CAN see, but everything is relatively blurry. Despite the complaints, though, the awesomeness level overall is pretty high. They're good considering the price.

Got these for my grandsons Halloween costume and they were perfect

I bought these more out of impulse than anything, so my expectations weren't very high. With that said, the strap is probably the most sophisticated part. The goggles themselves are plastic and the coloring on the eyes is pretty hazing when your looking through them. I had anticipated them to have some sort of padding around the eye sockets, but no such luck. The bridge over the nose is a plastic piece held together with one of those ball bearing tiny chains. The overall is a 3 star because the strap is actually a pretty nice elastic strap but other than that, this is just a good prop or toy.

Exactly what I was hoping for.
